Where to Find a Killer Lobstah Roll in Atlanta
A few weeks ago I posted this photo of a lobster roll from Cousin’s Maine Lobster’s new brick and mortar location at Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead. From the copious amounts of likes and comments I realized that what you guys need from me is a list of where you can find a killer lobster roll in Atlanta. So, below you’ll find two lists. One is a list of places that I have been and have tried the lobster roll, the other is a list of places I have not been, but you guys have told me they have an amazing roll. Let’s dive in.
Places I have tried the lobster roll:
Location: Lenox Square Mall (Buckhead)
Price: $17.50
Thoughts: What is great about this place is that they have both a Connecticut roll + a Maine roll. So if you aren’t a huge mayo fan the Connecticut roll is the way for you to go!
Location: Avalon (Alpharetta)
Price: $23.95 (BUT you do get a side with it!)
Thoughts: Great size roll! If I am going to spend over $20 I want it to taste fresh and be a good size, which both of these were met by this roll.
Location: Westside
Price: Lunch - $29, Dinner - $32
Thoughts: The taste of the roll was amazing and the amount of chunks of lobster were great.
Places I have have not tried the lobster roll, but have heard great things:
Locations: Buckhead and Roswell
Price: $19.95
Location: Ponce City Market
Price: $32
Location: Inman Park
Price: MKT price
Location: Marietta
Price: $29
Location: Midtown
Price: $20 - AND it comes with a cup a bisque which some of y’all have said is to die for
Location: Westside
Price: $28 and only served at lunch
Location: Westside
Price: TBD
PRO TIP: From my research, it looks like this is only served on Saturdays AND they only have twenty of them. So yeah they sell out quickly, so plan to show up on the earlier side!
