Getting Jazzy at C. Ellets New Jazz Brunch

We all know that brunch is probably my favorite meal ever. That's why I am so excited to tell you guys that C. Ellets has launched their brunch offering starting this Saturday (3/31), and will run Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Brunch goers can enjoy dining on the patio and a live band. 

The dishes in this brunch series were inspired from New Orleans cuisine as the chefs, Linton Hopkins & Damon Wise - alongside Jen Yee. When it comes to their brunch dishes - think salmon eggs benedict, peanut sticky buns, banana fosters pancakes, etc. 

The inspiration didn't stop at just the dishes, Jeff Banks drew some inspiration from New Orleans for his cocktail selection as well as he developed the DIY Bloody Mary bar with sushi style selection menus and a Raw Juice bar collab between Tito’s and Roots Juice.
