Valentine's Day Staycation at Phipps Plaza with The AC Hotel

Sometimes it’s nice to get away from the normal hustle and bustle and enjoy a staycation! Lucky for Mike and I, Phipps Plaza and The AC Hotel by Marriott in Buckhead set up the best pre-Valentine’s Day staycation for us. Sounds like something you and your SO should do for this upcoming Valentine’s Day? Let me walk you through our night!

First, we checked in to The AC Hotel and found out that they had some amazing snack options right by the front desk. After deciding not to buy all of the snacks, we went up to our room to drop our stuff and settle in. After checking out the entire we popped downstairs for a glass of wine or cocktail at The AC Hotel’s bar!

Once we finished our drinks, we walked over to Phipps Plaza to enjoy dinner at one of their F&B locations. We dined at Davio’s and enjoyed delicious dishes like their chicken parm spring rolls, Atlantic halibut and their amazing cheesecake.

Following dinner, we walked over to the AMC Theater in Phipps Plaza for a movie! After getting an Icee, cookie dough bites and a ton of popcorn - we settled in for Knives Out in the big leather recliners.

The best part of staying at The AC Hotel right next to Phipps Plaza? After dinner and the movie, you can just walk back to your hotel room and go to sleep.
